    how wonderful to hear from you!!  i went over to nancy's house shortly after returning to north carolina and looked at the fabulous art she had brought back from oaxaca including some extraordinary pieces by morales.  it made me miss you all and remember with such fondness your hospitality and friendship.  i am at the beach, doing some writing for children, and jef is performing for a couple of weeks away.  i will make sure he gets your email.  much love to your precious family.   sarah

    So good to come home and, when checking in on our Email, to find your warm greeting. Our return trip to Maryland was uneventful (good) and a grind (tiring w/ delays, inspections, and three transfers of our luggage)
    We so appreciated your guidance during our delightful visit to Oaxaca.  It was a treat to get to meet Ariceli.  Your fine command of English wasn't just a practical help, it enriched our conversations. And your care in planning our outings did not escape our notice; especially @ Hierve el Agua.  We thank you from our heart for your flexibility and resoursefulness in seeking out some very special stops. In all, your friendly professionalism added lustre to our stay.  Gracias!
